Project Management 101: 15 Steps to Project Management Success
Project Management is a systematic process and must be understood before one can effectively lead a project team and manage projects effectively. Technical competence and good intentions are not enough to finish a project on time, within budget and satisfying customer requirements. Projects need to be well defined, systematically planned, diligently managed during execution and effectively closed out to ensure customer satisfaction and build on our existing knowledge base.

Whether it is for work or home, every day you are managing some type of project. Each of these projects is different in scope, schedule and budget, but for each you have a similar end goal, success! This five day, webinar will teach you how to successfully execute a project from start to finish.
