Developing Performance Measures Using the Logic Model
As we move closer and closer to a performance-based government, agencies and departments are focusing in establishing measures and performance plans for the myriad of programs under their supervision. The increased focus on performance moves hand-in-hand with an important increase in government transparency. On hurdle in this process has been the creation of efficient measures that track and communicate program success and accountability.

This audio conference will provide attendees with a plan to develop and implement effective performance measures and develop results-oriented performance measures that will enable you to measure and evaluate strategies, outputs and outcomes at your agency. Through the creation of results-oriented measures, managers can track program success by adhering to a set of measures to drive the outcomes, strategies and outputs of their programs.

Attend this Audio Conference and Learn How To:

  • Learn how to actually use the performance measures that your organization has generated
  • Understand why you should measure performance in your agency
  • Implement the four criteria of effective performance measurements systems
  • Illustrate the linkages between daily activities and outcomes
