Collecting and Reporting Performance Information
High-quality Performance and Accountability Reports do more than provide a comprehensive understanding of an agency’s fiscal and programmatic accomplishments. They provide taxpayers the opportunity to assess financial stewardship and evaluate program performance.

Reporting requirements are something with which every government manager must contend. While these reports represent a lot of work, they are an opportunity to exhibit the results you are achieving at your agency. Performance information and measures often exist in organizations without any legitimate review of their purpose for accomplishing the agency mission.

Every organization collects and reports performance information, but the question remains, what do you do with this data? The 90 minute audio conference will give you the skills to manage your performance data, align performance reports to agency decision cycles and craft a performance message in order to explain performance achievements.

Attend this interactive audio conference and learn how to:

  • Analyze the latest best practices in government performance reporting
  • Understand the purpose and value of good reporting techniques
  • Evaluate ways to improve your current performance reporting framework
  • Determine the right frequency to collect and report performance data
  • Choose the right audiences and tailor your performance report to those target areas
